What it was

KnupNET started as knup.net — an early, pure internet-marketing experiment and the first time the name was treated like a company instead of a last name on a mailbox.

This is the root node. A lot of later logos are just this habit with better taste and better tools.

Why it existed

The early web rewarded people who would just try things. KnupNET was the try: marketing, sites, and a personal brand before personal brand was a course.

Where it is now

Retired as a marketing shop. The name survived. Knup.com is the grown-up version of the same bet: own the name, keep building.
