What it is

Knup Homes is the plan to own sports-themed investment properties — short-term rentals and future real estate assets that feel like a team shop and a home at the same time.

It is not a portfolio of doors yet. It is a named destination for the first unit, the design language, and the personal collection that already produces the memorabilia.

Why I built it

I want assets that work while we travel and that still feel like us. Sports-themed stays are a natural overlap of real estate, collecting, and the Knup brand. The realtor license in 2026 made the acquisition path real.
